From the office staff to the team that did the job. jye gave a complete run down of what was wrong with my blocked storm water causing flooding in my garage, they worked with me to come up with the most cost effective way to fix the issue. Jye and he’s team worked on a fixed rate and repaired my storm water and Drainage within a week turn around. The team were Very professional and respectable. Highly recommend!

This is a review to thank your employee Luke for being a super awesome human being! It’s not a professional review but on Friday night Luke went out of his way to alert us to a flat tire and encouraged us to pull over and offered to help us. We are from rural Queensland and were travelling in Sydney in the dark when I had two tyres blowout from a giant pothole. I was travelling with my daughter who has cerebral palsy and uses motorised wheelchair. I completely freaked out. He stopped on his way home from work and changed one tire over to the skinny spare and then followed us back 6min to our accommodation to ensure we got safely there on the other. We knew we risked damaging the rim but it was the most practical option at the time. He continually made us feel bad weren’t a problem and he didn’t mind stopping on his way home from work. He was calming and kind. He even tolerated my daughter and I giving him a great big thank you hug before he left! Thank you Luke!

The young man who came to install a new pump, for my gas hot water system, in my mobile dog grooming trailer, was absolutely wonderful!! He went above and beyond the brief! Offered terrific solutions to get the job done quickly and efficiently, saving my Mother time and money in the installation of her 2nd storey bathroom. Correy then went about completing the work without a fuss, cleaning up as he worked and leaving the site in a better condition than he found it. I own a photography studio in Allambie Heights and I needed heating for it and fast as it was freezing in there during Winter. Pearla Plumbing Services did a fantastic job of installing a gas pipe line and now my studio is always toasty warm on cold days.
